When can I pick-up my order?

You can type in a pick-up time of your choice in the little text box, right before you finish your order. Choose a time sunday between 10.00 and 12.00 for the brunch; friday between 16.00 and 18.00 for the dinner club (Brussels or Vilvoorde). You didn't type it in? Please send us an email with your name and the time, and we’ll register the info.We can’t wait to see you soon (from a distance).

When will you deliver my order?

At the moment we don’t deliver boxes, and focus on our pick up points vilvoorde & brussels.
So, you have chosen delivery? Nice, we'll drop it off sunday between 9.30 and 12.00; friday between 15.00 and 17.00. Be aware you can’t choose; and we can’t give you an exact timing, we deliver it depending on our route that day. Be home and be patient, it’s worth it!

How can I check the allergens?

Good question. We’ll put a menu with the allergens per dish in your bag. Our dishes are all vegetarian, most of them are vegan. All our dishes can contain traces of allergens such as nuts, gluten, soy, peanut, mustard and sesame. In case of a serious allergy, we advise against consuming our dishes.

What’s in the boxes?

  • Sunday brunch box:
    bakery sweet and bread by renard bakery, crunchy granola parfait, something sweet, 3 spreads (sweet and savoury), 3 savoury dishes, soup and organic juice.

  • Friday dinner club:
    3 apero bites, bread and flavoured butter, main, dessert. The detailed menu pops up on our website, when you click on ‘order’ for the box of your choice (sunday brunch or friday dinner).

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online with credit cards, bancontact or with theKBC, ING or Belfius app.

Can I order it for someone else, as a gift?

Yes, we encourage buying boxes for your loved ones! We provide little cards to put in their bags, we’ll write your name and you can choose a small text of 10 words. Write it in the text box before you finish your order. You forgot to do that? Send us an email with the info.

I live outside Vilvoorde or Brussels?

You can always come and pick up your boxes! We’d love to see you from a distance. Because of our capacities we are only able to deliver around these two areas (at the moment we don’t deliver). For Brussels we currently deliver in 1000 Brussels, 1020 Laken, 1030 Schaarbeek, 1040 Etterbeek, 1050 Elsene, 1060 Sint-Gillis, 1080 Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, 1070 Anderlecht … . If you’re in doubt if delivery to your doorstep is possible, please send us an email with your home location and we’ll check the possibilities. 

I made the wrong order… what do I do?

Please mail us immediately after you placed your order. We’ll response as fast as possible with some instructions.

I can't place my order because it's out of stock?

Sorry for that. All orders must be placed before wednesday 16.00. Or we might have sold out already… . But don't worry, we'll probably be back next week! New boxes will be available on sunday, mark your agenda’s!

I want to order for more/less people than the available options?

Our apologies, but you'll have to do some math. If you're with 3 for example, please choose a 1 pers box and a 2 pers box. Thanks!

I ordered a gift card, when will I receive it?

Our gift cards will be mailed by post, so we can't give out any details. Only that we're thankful for the mailman when he/she does.

I ordered a cantine coffee mug, when will I receive it?

So glad to hear we'll soon be pooring your coffee in this recycled coffee bean - coffee mug! If you also ordered a brunch or dinner, we'll put it in your bag. If you didn't, we can mail it to you by post. Or bare with us for a little longer and pick it up at cantine I or II, once we're open again.
